A client of mine recently shared with me his "Daily Primer." It is a breathing and meditation practice created by Tony Robbins, and I absolutely loved it.
This daily primer is great because it is a quick way to get connected and start your day off right. It is powerful because it includes all of the yogic phases I teach my clients and focuses on sensation and inner experience.
The process goes from feeling inside your body and awakening sensations with movement and breathing, to breathing into your heart and cultivating gratitude for your physical embodied experience, to connecting to the sky and earth, to evoking gratitude for experience to Atma Sakti/accomplishment practice. It is the path of yoga in just 15 minutes!
